Please do not put your bag in the machine wash. To clean it, simply dab gently with cold water. Due to the nature of your bag, it will change shape depending how many things you’re carrying but no worries! It will return to its original form. We hope you enjoy it for a long time so please take care of it and don’t overload it.

How Pre-order Works:

Handmade products like this one require time to make, so we'll need 7 working days to produce the bag and ship it.

To optimize shipments, your order will be fulfilled in almost 7 working days, including all your pre-order and non pre-order items.

This is actually for the best since these deliveries have a smaller carbon footprint and they're also more cost effective for you.

Worldwide Express shipping

Once is prepared, we have shipments in 24-72 hours worldwide with our Premium Shipping method and free shipping over a certain amount with the Standard Shipping method.

Shipment tracking at all time

You will receive an email when our warehouse has your order ready to send and another from the courier company with all the information, so you can track the shipment and/or make any changes.

We offer a 30 days period for changes and returns from receipt of the order. Manage the exchange or return request yourself in 2 simple steps and we will manage it within a maximum period of 48 working hours.

Free Change of size or product

So don't worry if the ring or necklace size isn't right or if you want to exchange it for another product.
In these cases the first change is totally free.

Quick return of your money

We manage refunds within 24-48 hours once we receive it in our warehouse and we make the refund through the same payment method used. The return time may vary according to the bank. This time is foreign to Aleyolé Jewelry.
