We offer a wide range of services both in our physical store where customers can find a wide selection of gold, silver, diamond and other precious stone jewelry as well as our collection of bags. You can also pick up and return your online order.
Can I pick up my online purchase in the physical store?
Yes, you can request free pickup of your online order at our physical store. We will notify you by email when you can come and pick it up.
What items are available at the Store?
You can find all of our iconic jewelry in our physical store, but it is possible that some products from other seasons are only available online. For any questions about the availability of a product, write to us at help@aleyole.com or purchase the product online and request free pickup at our physical store. If the product is not to your liking, you can leave it in the same store and we will credit the amount paid when we return the product to the warehouse.
Will I be able to use my online profile in the store?
If you have an account on our online store, your coupons, gift cards, and any benefits associated with your profile will be available in our physical store.
