A) RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ACCEPTED REASONS

Accepted reasons for changes and/or returns:

· I want to exchange my item.

· I want to change the size

· I don't like my products

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We offer quick and easy returns and exchanges for all customers up to 30 days from receipt of order.

Returned Products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Aleyolé will not be responsible for increased rates due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount where applicable.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returns must meet the following conditions:

· Have no signs of being worn or are defect

· Sent in the original packaging (original Aleyolé box and pouch/jewelry case included)

· Aleyolé reserves the right to deduct 1.5€ from the refund jn case of failure to receive the returned product with the original packaging (jewelry box + pouch/case).

· Packs and Sets can only be returned as a set. No individual item in a bundle can be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or size exchange.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

This refund can be made up to 14 calendar days after receiving your package in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.

B) RETURN & EXCHANGE COSTS

FREE CHANGE for size or product. So don't worry if the ring or necklace size isn't right or if you want to exchange it for another product.
In these cases the first change is totally free.

In case of exchange for another product with a different amount, the amount paid in excess will be refunded through the same payment method, or if the product has a higher amount than the product to exchange at the moment that you purchased the order, you will be asked to pay the difference.


In case of return, we only deduce a percentage of the shipping cost to our warehouse if we organize the collection at your home. Here the costs per zone:

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

We offer 2 return options:

1) EXPRESS PICKUP: We can collect your order and deduct 5€ from the amount to be refunded to cover shipping costs if you use our courier service.

2) Send the package on your own with the courier service of your choice (shipping costs and possible customs fees related to the shipment will be borne by you) to the following address:

We offer 2 return options:

OTHER CONDITIONS

Aleyolé is not responsible for the loss of the package during shipment. It will be the customer's responsibility to deliver the order to our warehouse in perfect condition.

Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the management.

C) HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To make a return, please go to our Returns Center and follow the instructions.
