ALEYOLÉ allows exchanges or refunds of products purchased at www.aleyole.com
When can I make a return or exchange?
Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days since the purchase date. Otherwise, refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted.
* All of ALEYOLÉ products are previously examined to make sure that the product is returned in a perfect state. If there is any manufacturing defect in our product’s we are happy to give you a full refund or exchange for another in perfect conditions.
- If you are willing to exchange it, please tell us which product you would want to get in return. If you want to get reimbursed, we would gratefully appreciate you explaining the reasons why.
How can I exchange or get a refund?

* Send us the product back via delivery-certified mail to: ALEYOLÉ, Carrer Laforja 103, bajos, 08021 Barcelona (Spain).
* You can send it back with the original packaging or if not, please make sure the package has the adequate protection.
- It is extremely important to send the package with full name and order number. If not, your return won't be accepted.
How will we refund you?
Once the reimbursement has been approved, we will proceed to do so in the same method used for the purchase. It will be done within 14 days.
Exchange or refund expenses:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you want to exchange or return and the shipping costs of the new product unless the product returned had any manufacturing defects. Otherwise, you will have to process the corresponding payments through PayPal.
