(07/01/2020) OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Manager of the operations of ALEYOLÉ, both Customer Service and Logistics
- Responsible of the Customer service team, follow up of the customers incidents, supervise the current customer service procedures and improve them
- Responsible of the Warehouse team, make sure the picking and packing procedures are well established
- Responsible of establishing an environment to deliver over 1.000 orders per day on peak days
- Direct responsible of a 4/6 people team
Qualifications
- High Level of Excel
- Have proven success at managing Warehouses
- Have proven success at managing Customer Services teams
- Display excellent interpersonal skills
- Have experience of working as part of a fast-paced team as well as an ability to work independently
- +3 years working on a similar position

Responsibilities
- Lead the account management of all wholesale accounts maximizing volumes and in season buys
- Continually identify new opportunities for wholesale partners
- Attract new wholesale customers
- Manage inbound wholesale potential leads
- Report on weekly performance, submitting weekly sell thru reports on all wholesale accounts and identifying potential growth
- Implement a scalable and focused wholesale strategy
- Manage the Supply chain of the wholesale orders
Qualifications
- High Level of Excel
- Have proven success at managing Wholesale relationships
- Possess excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive profit
- Demonstrate good analytical skills, organization, excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Display excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Have experience of working as part of a fast-paced team as well as an ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Forecast the purchases of the next 6 months
- Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Make the decision of products and quantities to purchase (Jewels + packaging)
- Place orders on each supplier
- Follow up of the placed orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- High level of Excel
- Highly skilled on forecasting
