When can I make a return or exchage?
Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days since the purchase date. Otherwise refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
All of ALE Y OLE products are previously examined and we make sure they are in a perfect state when we deliver them. We are aware that any alteration in our product’s condition can happen and if that’s the case we are happy to accept a refund or exchange.
How can I exchange or get a refund?
Send us an email at email@example.com telling us you intend to return or exchange a product you purchased. If you are willing to exchange it, tell us which product you want to get in return. If you want to get reemborsed, please explain the reasons why you are not willing to get any other product instead.
Send us the product back via delivery-certified mail to: ALE Y OLÉ, C/ Laforja 103 (local), 08021 Barcelona (Spain).
You can send it with the original package or if not, please make sure the new package has the adequate protection.
How will we refund you?
Once the reemborsment has been approved, we will proceed to make it in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. It will be done within 48h.
Exchange or refund expenses:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you want to exchange or return and the shipping costs of the new product, unless the product was in a bad state on the delivery date. Otherwise, you will have to process the corresponding payment through PayPal.
